August 2019 - 80 Years since the Molotov–Ribbentrop Pact
August 2019 marks 80 years since the Molotov–Ribbentrop Pact:

The Molotov–Ribbentrop Pact (also known as the Hitler-Stalin Pact) was a non-aggression pact signed between Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union in Moscow on 23 August 1939, shortly before the outbreak of World War II. The pact was broken two years later when Hitler launched an attack on Soviet positions in eastern Poland on 22 June 1941.
